The Top 5 Most Popular Street Photography Spots in London 3/5
October 14, 2024The Top 5 Most Popular Street Photography Spots in London 3/5!
Where should I take my precious readers to today..?
I’ve decided to take you to the east side of London.
It’s big, fairly recently developed, and is one of London’s main business districts.
It has many high-rise buildings, including One Canada Square!
You may have guessed where I’m talking about by now…
#3 Canary Wharf:
It is a totally personal choice so don’t get upset if I didn’t choose one of your preferred locations…haha!
I’m sure that all aspiring street photographers, and professional photographers, have at least one or two good pictures from this location… don’t deny it!
Especially in and around One Canada Square!
Each time I come here I always look out for different angles, POV’s, or play around with long exposure etc.
Journey:
I used a handheld long exposure technique in this shot.
As it was handheld it is blurred in general, and I love it in this way.
In my opinion it adds mood to the photo and makes it more like a painted image… that’s not just an excuse, haha.
I like adding a bit of a haunted feel to my images sometimes!
I Found / Leaper:
I love this high-rise building and the way it shows how small we are amongst the massive structures.
For some reason it feels very dystopic to me.
The buildings and the textures of the ground when converted into black and white are just gorgeous!
It looks even better when printed on fine art paper!
Please enquire about art pints as I do sell all of my work!!
Equilibrium:
Yes, this piece of work is in colour and we should never forget to take photos at this beautiful Elizabeth Line station in Canary Wharf. The immaculate high-ceiling, you can’t miss it!
Modern architecture at its finest in a cool bluish tone!
Elevate:
More shots from the Elizabeth Line station in Canary Wharf.
I took two similar photos at the time but I only ever posted one of them.
So the other one has never been seen before on any posts… a blog exclusive just for you!
So, that’s it for today.
I hope you enjoyed reading my story…
